Long time, no post. We got back on Sunday night from another 10 day stay with Matt in Chicago. Nothing major to update, we had to get a bit creative with Alec since it is too cold to go outside and we can't do any running around in the apartment w/o making the neighbors below us mad, but we still managed. Alec loves every second he gets to spend with his dad, so the trip was a hit for him. Here are a few random pics from the week.

Talking about, playing with, reading and watching Thomas related things takes up about 75% of Alec's day.
Why not put the whole face in?

We've missed you guys! And I totally blame Alec for James' Thomas obsession that came on like wild fire after we had dinner at your house. He talks about Thomas all.the.time. And considering he has watched exactly 1 episode of the show ever, and only owns the Thomas toy you guys gave him, he knows quite a bit about it. They will have a lot to talk about on Friday :-)
That picture of Alec looking at Matt with total adoration is heart-meltingly cute!
I don't think I've seen a picture of Beanie that I love as much as the one where he's wrapped in his daddy's arms! That is beautiful. Those two boys clearly belong to each other.
