Travel, travel, travel

15 days and 5 plane rides later, Alec and I made it back to CO. We had a wonderful time visiting my dad and Loretta in Savannah for Thanksgiving and then spent a week with Matt in Chicago. My dad and Loretta's house is a 2-year old paradise, so Alec had a fantastic time and loved all the attention he got from the adults all week (I think he is starting to get a little bored with just mom all the time.) My dad put up a small basketball hoop outside, so Alec could play beside everyone else, and he spent much of his week either playing bball or talking about playing bball. He also got to swim, throw things in the lagoon in the backyard, ride in the golf cart and the convertible, visit the 2 harbors on the island, go to an x-mas boat show, cook with Loretta, puruse the internet for pictures of tractors with his Uncle Ross and have all around great time. Thanks so much dad and Loretta for a great trip!! Here are just a few of the tons of pics I took.

Taking dad to work - can you tell we changed climates

On Sat we took Alec for his first real train ride in Chicago. He LOVED it, and actually cried for 20 minutes straight when we were finished b/c he wanted to ride again. What was even more funny was that when Matt went in to get him up from his nap that afternoon, the first thing out of his mouth was "nother train ride Daddy?"
