Easter

Happy Easter...a week late! We had a very nice and relaxing holiday weekend. We had plans to go to Toledo to celebrate with the Wolfes, but we had to cancel at the last minute and ended up just staying close to home, which was really nice. Matt was off on Friday, so we all enjoyed the 3 day weekend together. We had Easter dinner on Saturday with the Hoeltings, and the kiddos did an egg hunt in their neighborhood. Unlike most Easter egss hunts we've seen where there are not enough eggs and way too many kids, this was a really fun egg hunt with eggs hidden everywhere and Alec and Hayden had a ball. On Sunday we had an egg hunt in our back year and a great Easter brunch with the 4 of us. Alec had a blast participating in all the Easter festivities, and Charlie loved trying to tag along.

Charlie's favorite place to be in the kitchen

Helping me make pie, the bunny came to the gym on Saturday morning and painted faces:)

Hilarious

Charlie ingesting some non-edible toy from the egg he found

The bunny brought Alec a new tennis racket and Charlie his own soccer ball

Sorting his loot - word of advice, never send a pregnant mom to the store to buy Easter candy, I went nuts, and no, nothing healthy:)

Let's let "Charlie" (Mikey) eat it, he'll eat anything! Seems fitting.

I also very much enjoy semi-dressed egg dying. I don't think I ever thought of that and it's brilliant!

Looks like the boys had a blast.
