Its been awhile since our last post! We actually had a potential computer disaster, so we haven't had the opportunity to use the computer for awhile. About 2 weeks ago our computer just stopped turning on. We weren't too worried since we hadn't had any problems and b/c one of our friends is a computer genius. However, upon taking it to be inspected, we discovered that our hard drive had completely crashed and that everything on it was gone. By everything, I mean the 5,000 plus pics I have of Alec's entire life. Needless to say, we were devastated - espeically b/c we hadn't backed up the pics. Anyway - to make a long story short, by some miracle, our friend was able to recover almost all of the pics and info on the hard drive. I'm not sure if I have EVER been so happy about something. Moral of the story - if you have anything of value on your hard drive, back it up now. It's not worth waiting on for even a day. So, aside from a brief 2 weeks in computer hell, we have been doing well and Alec has been continuing to grow like a weed and cause endless amounts of mischief. Here are some cute recent pics - the shopping cart he got for Easter is a source of hours of entertainment. Alec loves pushing it around and transporting things from one place to another. It's pretty funny to watch him take it into the pantry and load it up with goodies. The other pics are of Alec modeling his first pair of summer p.j.'s from Grandpa Randy and Retta.
