Here are just a few of the pics I took of Alec at the beach on Tybee Island. It was easily the happiest day of his little life. He ran up and down the beach screaming in delight, and was completely fascinated with the fact that he could run anywhere his little heart desired. It kills me that I didn't have my video camera, but I was able to capture some of his joy with the camera.

Those are awesome pictures! We go to the beach again in a few months and this makes me excited for it! The last time we went James was too little and it involved him trying to eat sand the whole time. I am glad you had a good trip!
Looks like pure joy to me. Grammy misses the bean.
